Cover Photos: A Fresh Look for Your Community
First impressions matter, and now you have the power to completely transform how your community looks and feels. With the new Cover Photos feature, you can upload custom images to your community feed, setting the tone for engagement and instantly making your space more inviting.
Think of it as your community’s welcome mat—a way to create a visually engaging atmosphere that reflects your brand, mission, or even the energy of an ongoing discussion. Whether you use cover images to reinforce your branding, highlight special events, or simply add a touch of personality, this feature helps make your community more visually compelling.
How to Add or Update a Cover Photo in Your Kajabi Community Feed
Go to your Community Feed > Click "Edit Page" at the top right of the screen, just above the Announcement Box > Select "Choose File" to upload an image (recommended size: 756x279 px) > Update the title if needed > Click "Save" to apply the changes.
Expanded Search: Find What You Need—Fast
The more your community grows, the more valuable content it holds. But with that growth comes a challenge: how do members find exactly what they need? That’s where our Expanded Search comes in.
Now, with a powerful search bar placed conveniently at the top of your community, members can quickly locate posts, find other members, revisit important event recordings, and search for meetups—all in just a few clicks. No more endless scrolling or trying to remember where a key conversation took place. This update makes your community smarter and more accessible, ensuring that important discussions, resources, and connections are always at your fingertips.

This update allows you to fully customize your community’s color scheme to align with your brand identity, creating a seamless, professional, and cohesive experience for your members. Imagine logging into a community that matches the exact look and feel of your website, reinforcing trust and brand consistency at every touchpoint.
Steps to Set Up Your Branded Colors
Go to Community Settings > Click on "Customization" > In the "Branding" section, select "Preset" to choose a color or "Custom" to create your own > Adjust the "Saturation" and "Lightness" to your liking > Click "Save" to apply your changes.
Light/Dark Mode: A Better Viewing Experience
Everyone interacts with their community differently—some prefer a bright, clean interface, while others enjoy a sleek, dark aesthetic that’s easier on the eyes. With our new Light and Dark Mode toggle, members can choose their preferred viewing experience with a single click.

Your community’s navigation just got even more customizable! Now, you can personalize the icons in your sidebar to better match your branding, community themes, or user experience.
How to Customize Icons
Hover your cursor over the sidebar menu > Choose the menu item you want to change (e.g., Channel, Meetup, Challenge, etc.) > Click on the slider control icon that appears > The Custom Icon menu will pop up > Select from the Emoji tab for emojis, the Icon tab for presets, or the Custom tab to upload your own icon > Click "Done" to save your changes.
This update allows you to create a more visually engaging and intuitive experience for your members, making navigation smoother and more fun!
